Requirements for Handling Refrigerants
Refrigerants may only be used by individuals with verified qualifications in accordance with Article 10 of Regulation (EU) No. 517/2014 and § 5 of the Chemical Climate Protection Ordinance (ChemKlimaschutzV).
By purchasing, you confirm that you possess the necessary knowledge and certification.
Legal Regulations for Refrigerant Use
The purchase and use of refrigerants are restricted to qualified professionals who have received appropriate training under EU Regulation No. 842/2006 (Articles 3, 4, and 5(1)) and Section 5 of the Chemical Climate Protection Ordinance (ChemKlimaschutzV).
By purchasing a refrigerant, you confirm that its use will be carried out by a certified specialist. If you are a distributor, you are responsible for ensuring that your customers are also certified and meet the required qualifications.

To purchase refrigerants, you must provide your company’s legal address and a valid certification number.
Regulations for Purchasing Fluorinated Gases (F-Gases)
According to Regulation (EU) No. 517/2014 of April 16, 2014 (Article 6, Section 3), buyers of fluorinated greenhouse gases must provide proof of certification.
Before purchasing, please complete the required questionnaire and send it to our contact address.
Supplier Obligations for F-Gases (Article 6, Section 3):
Companies supplying fluorinated greenhouse gases must keep the following records for at least five years:

🔹 Purchased quantities of fluorinated greenhouse gases
Upon request, this data must be provided to EU regulatory authorities or national institutions. If the information relates to environmental aspects, Directive 2003/4/EC and Regulation (EC) No. 1367/2006 apply.
