Requirements for Handling Refrigerants
Refrigerants may only be used by individuals with verified qualifications in accordance with Article 10 of Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 and § 5 of the Chemical Climate Protection Ordinance (ChemKlimaschutzV).
By making a purchase, you confirm that you possess the necessary knowledge and certification.
Legal Regulations for the Use of Refrigerants
The purchase and use of refrigerants are permitted only for qualified professionals who have undergone appropriate training in accordance with EU Regulation No 842/2006 (Articles 3, 4, and 5(1)) and Section 5 of the Chemical Climate Protection Ordinance (ChemKlimaschutzV).
By purchasing the refrigerant, you confirm that it will be used by a certified professional. If you are a distributor, you are responsible for ensuring that your clients are also certified and meet the required qualifications.

To purchase refrigerants, you must provide your company’s legal address and a valid certification number.
Regulations for Purchasing Fluorinated Gases (F-Gases)
According to Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 of April 16, 2014 (Article 6, Section 3), buyers of fluorinated greenhouse gases must provide proof of certification.
Before purchasing, please complete the required form and send it to our contact address.
Obligations of F-Gas Suppliers (Article 6, Section 3):
Companies supplying fluorinated greenhouse gases must maintain the following records for at least five years:

🔹 Purchased volumes of fluorinated greenhouse gases
Upon request, this data must be made available to EU regulatory authorities or national institutions. If the information pertains to environmental aspects, Directive 2003/4/EC and Regulation (EC) No 1367/2006 shall apply.
